1 SHOPPING IS SIMPLE 
To place the order you can do so by sending the order through the website or by sending the order to the email info@vilanovaa.com. 
Purchasing through our website is very easy, you can add the products to the basket the purchase at the same time that you are browsing the page, without prior identification, since you will be asked for it later. The steps to follow are as follows: 

1.1-ACCESS THE SHOPPING BASKET 
Inside it you will see all the products that you have been adding to your basket. You can delete them, add more (+), or less (-) units and even attach any promotional code you have. 

1.2-SUMMARY OF YOUR ORDER 
You will see an expanded summary of your order so you can check that everything is correct and if it is not, you can modify it by clicking on “modify”. 

2 PURCHASE SPACES
 In order to find the product you have in mind, you can do it:
2.1- VILANOVAA has a selection of products distributed in different sections on the top bar of the home page. So it is very easy to find your product according to the family you want to navigate (natural home,  garden...). You just have to click on the one that interests you the most and a list of subfamilies will be displayed. 
2.2- Another quick search option is using the search engine at the top of the page. You just have to enter the keywords of the product you want and it will appear. 
2.3- YOU CAN ALSO RENT our VACATION HOUSES by entering the Vacation Rentals section. 
If you want to rent a house, send us an email and we will contact you to provide you with the information so you can formalize the reservation. 
You can also do it directly through the link of each house to the VRBO site.

3 ONLY SHOPPING BASKET 
In order to purchase products through www.vilanovaa.com you have to provide your information, name, delivery address, email... before proceeding to payment When you click on the product you are interested in, just click Click on the “add to cart” button that you will see and a summary window of your shopping cart will immediately appear, as well as the option to add more products or go to checkout. This window appears only when you have added the product to the cart, a few seconds later it will disappear to make it more convenient to continue shopping. To continue making your purchase simply return to the product search steps. The product you add to the basket will automatically appear saved in it. You can consult the products saved in “my basket or shopping cart” which is located in the upper right part of the home page. There you will have a list of everything you are buying and once you have everything you want, simply click on “place order”.

4 SHIPPING 
The term "shipping costs" includes handling, logistics, postage, packaging and transportation costs. The merchandise will be delivered at street level. 
Shipments to mainland Spain: 
Shipping costs €6. Free shipping from €100 of purchase. Estimated delivery time 5-7 business days. 
Shipping to the Canary Islands: 
Shipping costs €12. Free from a purchase of €100 or more. Estimated delivery time 5-7 business days. 
Shipping to the Balearic Islands Ceuta and Melilla: 
Shipping costs €6. Free from a purchase of €100 or more. Estimated delivery time 5-7 business days. 
Shipping to EU: 
Shipping costs €12. Free from a purchase of €100. Estimated delivery time 5-7 business days. 
Shipping to the UK: 
Shipping costs €35. Expenses derived from customs duties, fees and taxes will be borne by the client. Estimated delivery time 5-7 business days. 
Shipping to USA: 
Shipping costs €35. For orders under €800, no formal customs procedures are required and no customs duties, fees or taxes are charged. In the case of orders over €800, the costs derived from customs duties, fees and taxes will be borne by the customer. Estimated delivery time 5-7 business days. 
Shipping to Switzerland: 
Shipping costs €35. Expenses derived from customs duties, fees and taxes will be borne by the client. Estimated delivery time 5-7 business days.

If upon delivery of the product, it has a defect, you must notify VILANOVAA within 48 hours and indicate the problem, attaching a photograph to our e-mail info@vilanovaa.comAll our products are guaranteed. 

5 RETURNS 
In general, in order for any exchange or return to be processed, it is essential that the customer first contact us by sending an e-mail to info@vilanovaa.com. 
No exchange or return can be accepted if no notification has been previously received. 
To do this, the item must be packaged securely and the order number, name and full address, and the receipt or proof of shipping must be included in the package. 
Claims will be accepted for products that are broken due to transport reasons; for this you will have to state this on the carrier's own delivery note. Once you receive the merchandise, you have a period of 48 hours to complain in the event of an incident. Clearly indicate the reason and a photograph of the incident via email info@vilanovaa.com so that we can manage it. After 48 hours we will not be responsible if said incident has been caused by the transport company. 

If you are not satisfied when receiving your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the order to exercise the right of return. Shipping and collection costs in case of return will be borne by the customer. Please note that in some cases the finishes are not homogeneous and the colors and measurements are indicative close to reality but not 100% reliable. For specific cases you should consult with us since returns for technical reasons will be the responsibility of the customer. To make this return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made by the client within a maximum period of 10 business days. 

Exchanges or returns are not allowed in the following cases: 
When it comes to products made in accordance with the client's specifications or clearly personalized and/or made to order. 
In the case of shipments outside the European Union EU. 

6. COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS 
If the customer is not satisfied with the method we have applied to manage their return or replacement of any product, we will be happy to look for alternative solutions to resolve any incident, thanking direct contact with our Customer Service team at via email info@vilanovaa.com
