Rooms and bathrooms

You will instantly feel the feeling of being in an authentic home, all rooms are dressed with the finest organic linens, cottons and soft alpaca blankets and cushions. Quality details in every corner designed to complete an atmosphere so cozy that you will love it.

3 rooms:

On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, a suite with impressive views, with a full bathroom with a shower cabin and a beautiful bathtub. This room also has a beautiful gallery with 2 very comfortable armchairs to relax while looking at the sea.

The upper floor has another small room that is designed as a children's room or a single room if it is for adults, which is part of a family suite that is located in the attic.

In the attic there is a suite with a full bathroom with a shower cabin. It also has spectacular views of the sea (you can also see the sea from the bed and the shower!!) and opens onto a terrace also with impressive views.

The house has 3 bathrooms: a toilet on the ground floor, a full bathroom in the upstairs room with a bathtub and shower cabin and another full bathroom with a shower cabin in the attic room.

Living room and kitchen

On the ground floor is the kitchen-living-dining room with fireplace in an open space and a small toilet. From the ground floor you go out to the small garden-terrace with a swimming pool.

The living room is very cozy, and invites you to enjoy long conversations around the large dining table or simply relax contemplating the views. And when winter comes, spending hours in the warmth of the fireplace, after having gone for a walk on the beach, will become your favorite plan.

Garden Pool, barbecue and outdoor dining room

The house has 2 garden areas:

A first area, a garden-terrace of about 30 m2, which is accessed from the living room, with a plunge pool of approx. 3 m x 3.5 m and 1 m deep. It is equipped with a table for 4 adults and 2 children or for 5 adults, seats and 2 sun loungers. From the plunge pool and the garden there are beautiful panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, the dune field and the beach.

And also a few meters away, approx. 50 m from the house is the private parking area and another garden of about 150 m2, equipped with a table for 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults. There are also 2 sun loungers. And of course, just like the rest of the property with beautiful views of the entire natural area and the coastal mountains. When you stay at home you will enjoy every corner, you can prepare a barbecue, cool off in the pool... Or if you prefer, indulge in a good book enjoying the views from the entire house, resting in the fresh air in the garden or sunbathing .

Of course, it will be impossible not to fall in love with how the colors of the impressive landscape change with the different lights of the day and while you contemplate it, if you are lucky, you may be able to see a playful dolphin jump.

Nature, the best beaches, lighthouses and fairytale forests just a step away from everything

At the foot of the Mirador das Areas, is one of the best beaches in Spain, Razo Baldaio beach, which is part of a protected natural area made up of one of the longest beaches in Galicia, with dunes, marshes and a lagoon of Salt water that, hidden among the dunes, becomes a large natural pool, delighting children and adults.

You can surf, ride horses, walk along the beaches and forests... right in front of the house there is a coastal route, “Ruta dos Pinos do Mar”, which runs through the beautiful natural landscapes that go from Caión to Malpica, A section passes between the dunes in front of the house and along the sand of the beach (on the beach you can walk about 6 km). All its sections are parallel to the coast, crossing cliffs, gentle mountains, fairy-tale forests and wild beaches. It can be done by car, bike or walking.

You can also visit the imposing Lighthouses of A Costa da Morte, which will be your favorite, Fisterra, Punta Nariga, Cabo Vilán... Roncudo...?

Also very close to the house there are many other beautiful beaches and fairytale forests.

All the services and main points of interest are super close to the house, it is well connected by highway and is ideal for adventurers, who, due to its strategic location, want to go on excursions and use it as a base to visit towns in the Rías Baixas and the Rías Altas, A Costa de A Morte (Malpica 15 min, Caión 15 min, Ponteceso 20 min, Laxe 30 min, Muxía and Fisterra 60 minutes) and of course, the rest of Galicia.

Likewise, it is ideal for pilgrims who come to the house for a well-deserved rest and are looking for a quiet place in the middle of nature where they can recharge their batteries after having done the Camino de Santiago.

Just 10 minutes away is Carballo, the capital of the region and the driving force of A Costa da Morte and has all the services, thermal water spa, medical center, supermarkets, hypermarkets, restaurants, tapas areas, swimming pools, shopping center and cinemas, paddle tennis courts, golf course a few km away... Every alternate Thursday and Sunday there is a busy local market with local products that are worth visiting.

A Coruña 35 minutes and Santiago de Compostela 55 minutes.

And when you want to eat out from home, surrendering to Galician products will be very easy, you will discover good restaurants, ranging from the most familiar establishments to Michelin Star restaurants.

Also on Razo Baldaio beach you will find bars, good restaurants and in some you can even order and pick up.
