The 2 rooms on the ground floor are spacious, practical and comfortable, and are designed to be converted into double or single rooms, at the guest's choice.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a sunny terrace of more than 50 m2. Another bedroom with a large blue quilted headboard and a practical dressing room. And finally the suite, also designed to be converted into a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds, with a comfortable jacuzzi for taking a restorative bath.
The house has 3 bathrooms: a large bathroom with a shower on the ground floor, another with a shower on the upper floor and finally one in the suite with a jacuzzi.
Living rooms and kitchen
The spacious living-dining room exudes elegance and tranquillity and invites you to spend long evenings by the fireplace in winter, to enjoy long after-dinner conversations around the large custom-designed dining table made from reclaimed wood, or to simply relax while reading and enjoying the beautiful views of the valley or to indulge in a nice nap.
From the kitchen you can also see the evocative views of the valley in the background. It is designed with high-end furniture and appliances, is fully equipped and is very comfortable and practical for those who like to cook.

Garden Pool, barbecue and outdoor dining area
This pleasant bucolic retreat, with beautiful views of the valley, is located on a private estate of approximately 4,000 m2 with a beautiful, fully enclosed garden of 1,000 m2. It is difficult to resist the pleasure of taking a dip in the refreshing pool, fenced for safety, while others enjoy a delicious barbecue in the outdoor dining room under the fig trees in the garden.
Staying at home, you will enjoy cozy corners, having a snack on the porches or in the shade under the oak trees, swimming in the pool or simply letting the day pass by listening to the birds sing and watching the sun hide behind the mountains.

Nature, the best beaches, lighthouses and fairytale forests just a step away from everything
If you want to see the surroundings and get closer to the nearest spectacular beaches, 12 minutes away is Razo-Baldaio beach, one of the best beaches in Spain, which is part of a protected natural area formed by one of the longest beaches in Galicia, with dunes, marshes and a saltwater lagoon that, protected between the dunes, becomes a large natural pool, delighting children and adults alike.
You can surf, ride a horse, walk along the beaches and forests... in fact, the "Ruta dos Pinos do Mar" is a coastal route that runs through beautiful natural landscapes from Caión to Malpica, passing by Razo-Baldaio Beach (you can walk about 6 km along the beach). All its sections are parallel to the coast, crossing cliffs, gentle mountains, fairytale forests and beaches. You can do it by car, bike or on foot.
You can also visit the impressive lighthouses of A Costa da Morte, which will be your favourite, Fisterra, Punta Nariga, Cabo Vilán, Laxe...Roncudo...?
In addition, very close to A Casa da Chavella there are many other beautiful beaches and fairy-tale forests.
All services and main points of interest are very close to the house, it is well connected by motorway and is ideal for adventurers, who due to its strategic location, want to go on excursions and use it as a base to visit towns in the Rías Bajas and the Rías Altas, A Costa de A Morte, Malpica 15 min away, Caión 15 min away, Ponteceso 20 min away, Laxe 30 min away, and Fisterra 45 min away, Muxía 50 min away and of course, the rest of Galicia.
It is also ideal for pilgrims who come to the house for a well-deserved rest and are looking for a quiet place surrounded by nature where they can recharge their batteries after having completed the Camino de Santiago.
Just 5 minutes away is Carballo, the capital of the region and the driving force of A Costa da Morte, with all the services, a thermal water spa, a medical centre, supermarkets, hypermarkets, restaurants, tapas areas, swimming pools, a shopping centre with shops and cinemas, paddle tennis courts..., a golf course just a few km away...
Every Thursday and alternate Sunday there is a busy local market with local products that is worth visiting.
A Coruña, 20 minutes away and Santiago de Compostela, 45 minutes away.
And when you want to eat out, it's easy to indulge in Galician products. You'll find good restaurants, ranging from family-run establishments to Michelin-starred restaurants. In Carballo and on the beach there are restaurants where you can also order and pick up.
